Apply today to join our team As a Financial & Business Analyst with Vancouver Coastal Health you will: Be responsible for providing financial, accounting, KPI, and business analysis and support to BISS services, projects, programs, and stakeholders.

Help support with analysis and preparation of financial and pricing models, data mining, best practices research, budget/variance reports, process flow diagrams, business case writing, developing and reviewing performance metrics, or other specific tasks as required WHY JOIN VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH?

Preferably with or working towards a Master’s degree or professional Accounting designation, or other recognized professional certification.

Minimum of three (3) years’ recent, related financial analysis and project management experience in a large, complex, unionized environment or healthcare organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge & Abilities Demonstrated financial planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting expertise.

Comprehensive technical expertise, process management, analytical skills and business acumen.

Advanced technical computer skills in spreadsheet and database usage.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to outline recommendations to senior levels.

Broad knowledge of financial analysis techniques, generally accepted accounting principles, and computerized financial systems.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities Demonstrated business acumen for normal business practices, tools and methodologies Results oriented within a high-pressure working environment with numerous critical timelines.

Demonstrated communication skills and ability to understand and clearly relate to others, at all levels of the organization.

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
