Bombardier: Senior Project And Fleet Customer Service Account Manager


This is a Full-time position in Quaqtaq, QC posted October 20, 2020.

Your ideas are our fuel.In your role, you will: Act as the primary point of contact for the aftermarket and manage relationships between the Bombardier Aviation departments and our fleet customer; Ensure that our customer’s technical, operational, and business issues are effectively addressed, and that the highest level of Customer Satisfaction is maintained; Understand and coordinate resolution of reliability issues on the aircraft; Support aircraft campaigns, modifications, retrofits; Manage crossfunctional teams to obtain their inputs, buy-in, and way forward on customer concerns and technical initiatives; Set priorities and effectively escalate technical and/or business concerns within the Bombardier Aviation organization; Generate reports, presentations and analyses on customer initiatives; Write customer response emails and letters on behalf of Bombardier Aviation without legal ramifications; and Be required to travel, from time to time, based on business requirements.QualificationsAs our ideal candidate, You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; You have minimum of 7 to 10 years of previous aviation experience; You have strong technical skills as it relates to Bombardier business jets in order to lead technical discussions; You have strong planning and organizational skills; You are proactive, results-oriented and customer focused; You are proficient in the use of software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and You have excellent communication skills both in English and French (spoken and written)Bombardier is an equal opportunity employer and encourages women, Aboriginal people, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities to apply.Whether your candidacy is moving on to the next step of the hiring process or not, we will keep you informed by email or by phone.
