Customer Service Representative (Canada Post team – Incoming calls) – Bilingual

Nordia is looking to build a new team of bilingual and English speaking customer service specialists in the Moncton area to interact with Canada Post customers. You will have the possibility to train and work from the comfort of home while joining a fun and dynamic team!

What will you do?

You will provide phone support to Canada Post customers. With the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are an essential service for all Canadians and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping them with their delivery status, redirected mail and any general inquiries. We expect representatives to offer an efficient, courteous, professional service adapted to the needs of the customers.

We offer:

• Salary of $14.04/hour after training with the possibility of career progression and transfer to our commercial line of business.
• Fully paid training (Monday to Friday)
• An hourly premium for bilingualism and weekend shifts;

What is needed to join the team:   

• Friendly, empathic and dynamic: attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client;
• Experience in customer service;
• High school diploma (secondary V);
• Available full-time to complete training
• Be available to work between 30 and 40 hours per week in the following time slots:
  • Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m;
  • Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m;
• You wish to work these hours in fewer days per week (4 days per week), it’s possible! Do not hesitate to discuss this with our team.
