About the Role: We are looking for an experienced developer who can lead a team and has the ability to learn new concepts.

Here are the main responsibilities: Leadershiplead your team to deliver high quality, innovative software solutions, in collaboration with stakeholderssupport your team by providing direction, clarity and by removing obstaclessupervise daily development tasks in your teammentor each team member; help them grow their technical and leadership skillsdrive continuous development process improvementsbuild relationships with other teams and stakeholders within the organization Developmentparticipate in the full software development life cycleprototype new technology, where applicable, to meet product needsbuild well-designed, testable, efficient, and secure codeproduce specificationsdetermine operational feasibilitydocument and maintain software functionalityRequired Skills and Experience:5+ years of continuous experience in a developer roleExperience with developing software to be operated at a large scaleExperience with Go (or any object oriented language)Loves codingBelieves in testingWorks well within a highly collaborative and functional teamLeadership experience is a bonus but is not requiredSecurity Requirements:Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.Background checks are required for this positionWhat you will have achieved within a year:Lead a team to deliver high quality solutions for the Arctic Wolf AgentAcquired knowledge and experience in the Network Security arenaDelivered cloud solutionsWorking at Arctic Wolf:Arctic Wolf recognizes that success comes from delighting our customers, so we work together to ensure that happens every day.
