SIDD allows brands to add robust solutions to their existing tech stack, impacting every step of the customer journey and extending the power of their existing technologies with AI, ML and Digital Automation.As a Sr DevOps Engineer on our Platform Product Team, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Infosec,, and CS to bring user experiences to life that will help customer care Agents and Management deliver a better customer experience for some of the world’s leading brands.

This is a collaborative role, and you’ll be at the center of ensuring we are able to execute against our roadmap and launch new features and solutions successfully.What You’ll Be Doing Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of our platform running on AWS Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform Assisting with system troubleshooting and problem resolution Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions.

Assisting with the evaluation of new technology alternatives and vendor products.

Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.

Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring Designing, maintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes.
