This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted September 17, 2021.

We are seeking an experienced real estate law clerk with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience, including in residential purchase, sale and refinance closings.Additional experience with real estate co-ownership matters and drafting of Agreements of Purchase and Sale for private closings (i.E.

transactions with no realtor) will be highly regarded.

Good communication skills, trustworthiness and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously are a must.

You will ensure our residential real estate files flow smoothly through to closing, with supervision by a lawyer.
