The Information Services Division are technology leaders, planning and delivering successful solutions with information management and information technology (IM/IT) services to both the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction and the Ministry of Children and Family.

This position plays a fundament role within the Business Performance Branch, Information Services Division, supporting the Ministries of Children and Families, and Social Development and Poverty Reduction.

The position leads the development, monitoring and compliance of divisional change management and continuous improvement processes and guides staff in practice throughout the project and portfolio management life cycle.

This position has significant impact within the social sector and is accountable for defining and planning all change management and continuous improvement program activities to ensure delivery is within scope, schedule, budget and specified quality.

Job Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below: Degree in business administration, public administration, or equivalent.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Must be qualified to complete a Change Management Professional Designation (PROSI) within 6 months of commencement of position.

Experience independently managing projects.

Experience directing the work of others (professional employees and/or consultants).

Preference may be given to applicants with one more years of experience in the above requirements.

Preference may be given to applicants who have led Lean process improvement projects.

Preference may be given to applicants with a Lean green belt designation.
