The Business Agility Coach will act as a change agent leading all levels of the organization through a Lean-Agile transformation at scale by training, coaching, facilitating, and mentoring.

They are part of ACG LACE and design the business agility implementation plan, define and establish value streams, launch and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ART), providing thought leadership and hands-on guidance to C-level executives, and senior leadership to drive a smooth transition into the Agile mindset across the organization, assist the organization with change management practices, train and coach the organization to achieve the benefits of scaling to business agility.

Designation: Hybrid 1-2 days in officeBenefits to joining AllstateComplete Group Benefits Program customizable to your needsComprehensive Health and Wellness resourcesStrong Brand Recognition (listed as best Employer with Kincentric since 2012).Working within the community and giving back for ongoing learning and career development.We work a 37.5 hour work weekAccountabilities:Scaling and SustainabilityAssist the ACG LACE with building and executing the transformation backlog.Work with senior stakeholders to define value, understand the flow of value, identify the value streams and the Agile Release Trains (ARTs).Build growth metrics and KPIs that would help teams and portfolios to plan, prioritize and take better decisions.Build in-house change agents capability.Training & CoachingEducate the organization with scaling and business agility concepts and provide orientation, overview training and coaching to executives, leadership team members and senior stakeholders.Coach the ARTs to facilitate Scrum of Scrums, System Demo, I& A and follow-up on improvement items.Collaborate with the ACG LACE Agile Coaches and guide them establish scaling practices within their programs and portfolios.Support ACG Business TransformationCollaborate with Release Management, Environment Management and DevOps and support establishing a continuous delivery pipeline.Support various departments within ACG like HR, Finance, Corporate Risk, Business Architecture, Audit etc to scale up and achieve business agility.Support in extending the Lean-Agile practices to the portfolio level and establish Lean Portfolio Management competency.Support in establishing leaner budgeting mechanisms aligning to the strategic priorities of ACG.Lead and support the change management initiatives associated with achieving business agility.EducationUniversity Degree or equivalent experienceSAFe SPC or SAFe LPM certification:Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as a SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe RTE within a scaled Agile environment.Minimum 10 years of experience developing, coaching and leading organizations through transformation with a strong attention to organizational strategic planning and business agility.Must Have Experience in identifying, defining, and establishing value streams and ARTs and organization wide implementation of SAFe principles and practices required.Knowledge in objectives and key results (OKR) concepts and experience in coaching the organization in practicing OKRs.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, train and develop talent at multiple levels through both direct and indirect influenceDeep financial acumen coupled with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Proven ability to provide strategic counsel to executives and senior management, influence key stakeholders and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex bodies of work.Proven ability to think strategically, be creative and willingness to take calculated risks.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present information in an organized, logical and effective manner to a wide variety of audiences including executives.Exceptional skills at building relationships, collaborating with others and providing a supportive environment where challenging opinions and questions are welcome.Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
