BTY BTY is a leading advisory and project delivery firm with over 40 years of proven success.

Supporting sound strategic decision making on project success at every life-cycle stage, BTY works with blue-chip clients in three of the world’s most in-demand asset categories – real estate development, infrastructure development, and energy and power generation across the private and public sectors.

The firm has five core Service Units – Project Monitoring, Infrastructure Advisory, Project Management, Data and Digital Technology, and Cost Management.

BTY’s services deal with the fundamentals of planning, designing, building, and owning and operating new-build and existing property and infrastructure.

The firm’s staff are embedded in client teams to provide process, intelligence and analytical expertise through in-house cost management, project management, due diligence and data.

The company also advises lenders in the capital markets as well as institutional and pension fund managers.

As an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented firm, BTY is currently working with a global investment bank to identify a private equity partner.

Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a new position that will report to the Managing Director and be a key member of the executive leadership team.

The CFO will be primarily focused on strategic leadership of a 10-person accounting team, managing the firm’s financial health, and ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence.

Serving as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, the CFO will be highly engaged in all aspects of the business, providing expertise and guidance on the firm’s strategic direction and execution, developing financial strategies, and arranging financing that will support the firm’s growth.

Requirements The ideal candidate will have a university degree and a CPA designation; a minimum seven years’ experience as a CFO, preferably in a high-growth company with international operations; proven skills in securing significant levels of financing; strong knowledge of tax and treasury; a track record of successfully building high performing teams; and proven capabilities reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and M&A transactions.
