We’ve gone from an idea to a product, to a global company that continues to challenge the status quo.The Role:Under the direction of the VP Sales, the eCommerce Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing eCommerce strategies to strengthen and expand Diva International’s position in the eCommerce global markets.

You have a broad worldview, cultural understanding, and social intelligence.Responsibilities:Manage all online retailer accounts.

Initiate international expansion strategy with Amazon and other major eCommerce platforms.

Build and strengthen eCommerce partnerships for optimization opportunities.

Continual implementation and development of innovative eCommerce marketing strategies.

Amazon Seller Central management including set up, listing maintenance and optimization.Create, upload, and update listings on Seller Central and other eCommerce platforms.

Create plan strategy to create, manage, and optimize product listings.

Troubleshoot errors or issues associated to the product listings.

Track, analyze, and report promotional campaign metrics, ROAS.

Monitor Amazon product reviews/feedback and answer Amazon Customer Q& A and inquiries on Seller Central in a timely manner.

Manage support cases with Amazon and resolve open cases.

Research, present new leads, and onboard third-party eCommerce partnerships.Develop eCommerce account strategies to help increase profit growth and revenue.

Manage and implement SEO strategies and initiatives.

Establish SEO performance benchmarks.

Analyze, optimize, and drive SEO traffic to improve engagement, leads and sales (e.G., SEO driven-keywords, visuals, description, format, etc.

to enhance product listing optimization).

Provide reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis for sales metrics and brand analytics including sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on growth strategies and promotion programs.

Execute promotion programs including set up and optimization of the program and initiatives.

Support in expanding the eCommerce vision with the eCommerce Team.

Setting up and managing new eCommerce accounts with a focus on international markets.

Conduct regular audits for 3P Sellers to identify and prevent fraudulent sellers.

Continuously monitor unauthorized listings on third-party eCommerce websites/portal.

Monitor for suspicious activities from 3P Sellers and eCommerce platforms.

Assess competitive landscape and leverage customer insights to generate new ideas for online consumer needs and drive growth.Work in accordance to Diva International’s Quality Policy and B-Corp set of standards.

Education + Experience:University degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of related experience in managing online retail accounts.Strong knowledge of first and third-party eCommerce business markets is required.Experience and expertise with eCommerce store management platforms.

Expert experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is required.

Comprehensive understanding and experience of SEO/SEM and digital marketing.

Demonstrated ability to balance creativity, sales analytics, and strategic tactics to drive third-party eCommerce marketplaces.

Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.

Demonstrated experience in negotiating, budgeting, presenting, and selling products to clients.Experience and/or comfortable working with government institutions on medical device regulatory requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Openness to being coached, developed, and trained.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to make independent decisions/recommendations through precedents and research.Ability to multitask skills, handle various relationships, projects and tasks.

Strong drive for results and customer focus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external clients.

Proficiency with computers and computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

KPI’s:In 1 month, you will:Become familiar with all eCommerce accounts and how they operate.In 2-6 months, you will:Actively engaged with all eCommerce accounts developing and executing promotional plans /strategies.Have developed a promotional template that can be easily implemented across all eCommerce platforms.Identified gaps in our eCommerce business with strategy to fill in the gaps.Have a 12-month Promotional Calendar by account in place.Have developed a structured plan to support our Retailer eCommerce.

In 6-12 months, you will:Improve our Amazon (US/Canada) ranking to top 3.Improve SEO to nothing less than 1st page across all searches.Established a minimum of 4 new eCommerce business opportunities with a focus on international.Exceeded eCommerce sales budget by +15%.Have all new products, as made available, listed in > 75% of eCommerce accounts.
