About the role Our technology and knowledge management team have an intimate understanding of hardware, software, data management, and emerging technologies keeping DIALOG on the bleeding edge of technology and the competitive edge of our industry.

They’re responsible for maintaining systems and evolving our vision for how we’ll continue to integrate technology in the future.

Together, they manage a data infrastructure crucial to DIALOG’s success.

Reporting to the Manager, IT Service and Technology Experience, the successful incumbent will support the IT requirements for DIALOGers.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and who takes pride in delivering timely and accurate responses to end users.

How you’ll make a difference: Serve as first point of contact for all users requesting IT service Remote and on-site troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve incidents Troubleshoot all incidents and follow-up to ensure completion Prioritize incidents through DIALOG’s ticketing system Maintain detailed inventory of all DIALOG systems Co-ordinate and escalate incidents to other members on the IT Team where necessary Image and deploy computers using imaging technologies Application packaging and deployment Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe products, Autodesk software, other engineering applications Ability to communicate clearly to staff and stakeholders Create and maintain technical manuals and documentation as required Work with users and project teams to provide technology solutions that will improve efficiencies and project workflow Who you are: 1 Years of IT experience required Diploma or Certification in Information Technology Certification or training in Windows based Operating Systems including Windows 10 ITIL foundation an asset The ability to identify, troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of hardware, software or other computer related problems Demonstrated customer service excellence and problem-solving skills/aptitude The ability to learn new concepts quickly Clear verbal, as well as concise written communication skills Endpoint Manager experience and asset Manage Engine Experience an asset Ready to start your journey?
