About The Role This role reports directly into CTO and is responsible for all aspects of IT operations in accordance with BE standards.

Candidate shall have extensive expertise in Business Software Applications (ERP/MRP systems, etc), hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration/network installation and management of related system Databases (SQL Server, RDBMS).

Main Responsibilities User support Implement regular housekeeping procedures, including data backup Desktop and Printer support Setup and administer network accounts Provide orientation to new users of existing technology in systems use and access.

Establish and control systems’ access and security Check systems in order to optimise performance and to initiate recovery action where necessary Coordinate system updates Other tasks as needed Requirements The successful candidate must demonstrate Network experience including management of DNS, DHCP, switches, routers and access points required Experience working with a variety of devices including desktops, printers, VOIP phones, cellphones, tablets, and Android scan guns required Experience working with a cloud-based ticketing system required Experience with managing user accounts required Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access) required Diploma or better in an IT related field (or equivalent experience) Strong problem solving and communication skills Good organizational and time management skills High level of reliability The following will be considered an asset Previous experience working with Ritescan and Syspro EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience Knowledge of SQL Knowledge of VMware environment Knowledge of ESET Experience working with remote management tools All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
