Job Description Responsible for the research of algorithm limit and algorithm theory innovation in the optical field, researching new modulations and approaching Shannon limit Responsible for the conception of algorithm innovation in the optical field, building a new type of algorithm architecture around the system, and providing differentiated competitiveness in performance, power consumption, intelligence and other directions Gain insight into the evolution direction of algorithm technology in the industry and carry out technical planning for algorithm innovation in the optical field The theoretical expert of the algorithm team, the ability to construct and expand algorithm theory in optical domain Qualifications Profound understanding of channel algorithm design & simulation, including FEC, modulation, nonlinearity, device compensation, etc., with modeling simulation and development design capabilities of optical transmission systems and optoelectronic devices Proficient in information theory, communication and signal processing algorithms.

Familiar with the communication system, theoretical analysis of communication algorithms, modeling and simulation verification.

Programming language of algorithm design, simulation and verification in Matlab, Python or C.

Experience with Machine Learning Familiar with IC design and in-memory computing PhD or Masters Degree
