YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM Under the supervision of the Purchasing Leader, Purchasing assistant / office coordinator the will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining inventories while performing various administrative tasks in order to support the management team in their daily life.

THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU Carry out purchase orders for the various departments (maintenance, manufacturing, shipping, administration); Maintains smooth operation of the office environment; Plans the purchase of raw materials in coordination with the weekly production schedule; Receives raw materials in GPAO; Validate transport costing in Divalto; Coordinates delivery of raw materials with the shipping department; Maintain the physical inventory of raw materials on a monthly basis; Setting, monitoring and adjusting min/max on raw materials under his/her supervision.

Maintain the documentation of the quality, environment and Health and Safety systems; Administrative access in POKA for all employee training files.

Greet visitors and answer calls while respecting the values of the company; Maintains inventory of office and cleaning supplies; Takes an active role on various committees; All other related tasks.

Knowledge and Competencies 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite) Skills and Abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills; Organization and priority management; Enjoy teamwork; Ability to function efficiently in a fast paced environment; Demonstrate judgment, initiative and mutual assistance; Important interpersonal skills (integrity, rigour); Open-mindedness, adaptability.
