The Account Executive will drive growth with new and existing strategic accounts to meet short-term and long-term sales targets.

This role is responsible for retaining long-term relationships with existing customers.

Additionally, this role is responsible for developing relationships with new customers.Territory: Quebec & Atlantic provincesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMedium to long-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients including:Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customersIdentifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunitiesResolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer serviceDeveloping client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accountsReviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends.Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.Consumer Replacement product and category knowledge.Well versed in consumer tires and channels of distributors.Other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to travel up to 30%-40% of timeTire industry experience an assetBachelor’s degree (Business preferred)Minimum of 6+ years’ related experiencein sales and/or marketing operations-type roles2+ years in roles interfacing with end user customersTableau programming; strongMSOffice capabilitiesData driven, analytical, ability to interface with customers; ability to work with cross-functional teamsEffective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) in French and EnglishStrong analysis skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to manage competing priorities Bridgestone Canada Inc.
