(CAN) Manager, Business Enterprise Solutions

This is a Contract position in Victoria, BC posted August 9, 2021.

Position Summary The Manager, Business Enterprise Solutions has the mandate to establish and maintain a relationship between the People Modernization team, ISD, our local business, Walmart International partners and external vendors.

The position is responsible for increasing the value realized from People Modernization assets, investments and capabilities.

The position partners closely with the Manager for Continuous Improvement and Sr.

Manager Digital Projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of work and alignment with business needs.

What you’ll do 1.

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for understanding the business, assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring that projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and informing plans and tactics in support of the overall business strategy.

2.

Key relationship holder with ISD, HR Services, Global Learning, International partners, external vendors and industry partners to move the People Modernization function forward, including sourcing new strategic partners, contract negotiation and representing Walmart at industry conferences.

3.

Drives innovation through the talent technology function in approaches, integration, methodologies, processes and supporting technology.

Works to embed a culture to innovate and create a persistent pipeline of impactful innovative change.

4.

Leads the development and maintenance of service level agreements as well as monitors performance against these core expectations, escalating gaps and prioritizing solutions.

5.

Prepares cost-benefit analyses for projects and assists business stakeholders and project teams with the prioritization of requirements.

6.

Researches, reviews, analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes, and develop strategies for enhancing of further leveraging these processes.

7.

Participates in the People Modernization annual budgeting and planning process.

Qualifications Ability to blend knowledge and experience of talent technology, culture & processes.

Extensive experience in talent technology and digital design.

Cutting edge knowledge of talent technology and advancement.

Experience managing complex technology projects including managing global partners.
