Manager, Digital Marketing – Home Based

Within a clinical trial, recruiting patients to participate is frequently the most difficult and time-consuming activity.

To conquer this, AutoCruitment has developed a targeted, direct-to-patient online marketing platform to recruit, screen, and refer patients for clinical trials and specialty procedures.

We are currently looking to strengthen our team at AutoCruitment and are seeking an experienced, creative digital marketing specialist to join our growing organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for the management of digital platforms, ensuring the success of our business objectives and those of our clients.

Job Duties As a Digital Marketing Manager you will: Oversee management of digital channels.

Set up and manage digital campaigns Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs for all digital channels Examine analytics to optimize campaign metrics.

Optimize copy within campaigns using testing methodology.

Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.

Assist in SEO and SEM strategy.

Assist with internal platform daily campaign activities.

Assist in content development, editing, and proofing for all campaign activities.

What our Ideal Candidate Looks Like Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.

4 years of digital marketing experience Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, Content Marketing and Email Marketing Demonstrated experience managing campaigns.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or comfortable editing within source code.

Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.

Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple time-sensitive requests.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, and supervisors.

Self-motivated and driven to reach goals/objectives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and content creation experience.

Familiarity with analytical tools and reports.

Advanced Microsoft word excel and PowerPoint skills.

Ability to learn new technologies with ease.

Prioritizes attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.
