Manager, Digital Portfolio Management and works closely with the rest of the Digital organization.

You will be working in a team that enables the rest of the Digital organization and will be supporting the Digital leadership team to keep a pulse on the progress against key strategic priorities and KPIs, enable the digital operational and delivery excellence mandate as well as the evolution of the Digital Ways of Working model.

What you will be doing: Digital Operational Review Process Run the operational review process
– a digital-wide ritual where teams provide monthly updates on portfolio health across 4 key dimensions: team, customer, business results, technical health Work with teams to prepare materials for operational reviews, ensuring there is a strong narrative with clear outcomes and consistency across all portfolios Facilitate the meeting, manage the agenda and capture & track action items to ensure they are completed by the relevant owner(s) Focus on continuous improvement to optimize the process Ways of Working & Agile Enablement Design, evolve and codify across Digital the key business hygiene practices and processes to drive delivery excellence and operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement Partner with primes in the Business and other parts of Technology to evolve our agile ways of working Live & breathe process improvement and operational excellence Planning & Budgeting Support the planning and budgeting cycles in partnership with Capital Planning, Finance and Digital outcome teams to secure funding Partner with Finance to refine our value measurement framework to track and report on benefits related to investments Support & coordinate the preparation of any executive review materials Project & Program Reporting Framework Build and evolve the Project and Program reporting framework, process and enabling tools in partnership with Technology PMO and other key internal and external stakeholders Establish a process to visualize work to provide greater transparency across Digital and with stakeholders Develop executive level reporting on the health of key projects and programs across Digital What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a related field, such as Business Management, Operations, Project/Program Management, Process Improvement Ability to interact and influence senior leaders in a high paced matrixed environment managing diverse activities Strong attention to detail and a willingness to continuously improve Proactive mindset; see what needs to be done and take initiative Ability to independently manage and organize multiple work activities in order to meet or exceed established deadlines and priorities Outstanding collaborator with a relentless can-do attitude Proven success in managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders Ability to deal with ambiguity and to turn concepts into a plan Highly organized and detail oriented Passionate to drive change and results Here’s what you can expect in return: A competitive salary and benefits that include access to our Employee Share Accumulation Program, Retirement Benefits and a variety of other perks including 50% off Rogers services and Blue Jays tickets A manager who deeply cares about your development and long-term career at Rogers A team that trusts and wants to win together Smart and accomplished colleagues who are focused on both the “what” and the “how” Flexibility to work from home even after the pandemic ends Your choice of hardware and software (iPhone or Android/Mac or PC etc.) Schedule: Full time Shift: Day Length of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position) Work Location: 1 Mount Pleasant (083), Toronto, ON Travel Requirements: None Posting Category/Function: Technology & Information Technology Requisition ID: 231468 Together, we’ll make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work: Our people are at the heart of our success Our customers come first.
