The right candidate excels at customer satisfaction, making and maintain relationships is a second nature to them.You will be a key member of the sales team, the TRM is accountable for delivering the assigned territory’s sales goals through the retention of the existing customer base, and the acquisition of new customers.

The TRM identifies, investigates, and develops opportunities and relationships with prospective RM’s within the defined territory.

The TRM manages, maintains, and strengthens existing relationships as a key corporate representative for the company.

Earn a competitive base pay, plus sales bonuses: Salary starting at $41,600 per year, plus an additional earning potential each month in sales bonuses and commissions.

Benefits will be provided after probationary period.

apartments, condos, townhouses)Handling full cycle of relationship building (Call building contact – Propose Event – Book Event – Host Event – Thank building Contact)Seeking out new opportunities within the MDU marketIncreasing TELUS product penetration within the MDU market through the RM ProgramProviding current marketing material as required to the RM’sUsing Salesforce to source new contacts when neededParticipating in information sessions, trade shows and other promotional eventsUpdating an online database on a consistent, daily basisProviding reports and correspondence to the TELUS Channel Manager in a timely mannerDealing with RM escalationsSupporting the strata market when requiredWeekly scheduling of face-to-face meetings and calls with RM’sOur primary goal is to build and strengthen customer relationships, increase sales within the assigned territory, provide excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts.

This position focuses equally on both prospecting new business and maintaining & servicing existing customers.
