Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work in an environment that promotes respect and leadership.

Your main challenges: Support Investment Advisors in providing superior customer service and be available to meet client requests Ensure effective communication between all paries (clients, advisors, internal and external agents) The candidate needs to be able to identify all risks inherent to the Wealth Management sector’s activities Specifically, as an Administrative Assitant you will: Handling office tasks, including, but not limited to, strategic planning, report generation and presentation, meeting set-up and coordination, and office supply management.

Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Targeting key local and overseas contacts, making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

Using Windows-based computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

Greet and assist visitors.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail and social media Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Specific: Assist clients with the admission process to Independent schools.

Advise clients with their immigration and integration needs.

Coordinate, plan and steward the firm’s strategic trips to Asia.

Plan and oversee special projects and events.

Bachelors or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.

Prior administrative experience, preferably in the banking sector.

Excellent computer skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Windows operating system Attention to detail.

Fluently bilingual in Chinese and English.

Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Highly flexible and willing to work outside office hours if required.
