Certified Financial Planner Financial Wellbeing Toronto, ON Full time Summary A Certified Financial Planner role will focus on developing and deepening the teams understanding of the financial wellbeing industry by providing high quality advice and service regarding employer needs, market trends, sophisticated financial modelling and best practices in the marketplace.

Following a comprehensive financial planning framework, this role will be responsible for equipping our requirement writers and business analysis with all situations, answers and outcomes that clients & users will encounter.

This role requires a subject matter expertise that will translate into solutions that help our clients, and change the financial wellbeing of their people.

Responsibilities Providing client-centric investment solutions for financial wellbeing Develop market leading solutions in financial wellbeing Assist with evolving existing programs towards more targeted information to drive better results Deliver personalized, ongoing financial solutions to help users work toward their long-term investment and retirement goals Participating in local professional and community events to stay current with the industry Requirements Minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business, Finance or Economics Excellent mathematical and technical skills Strong attention to detail Exceptional client focus with strong professional acumen Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills Strong work ethic and work under tight deadlines Highly organized, ability to take initiative and be independent Above average skills in MS Suite (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel) INDAM LI-SW1 Job Grade: MS4 Fulfilling work that matters Morneau Shepell is in the business of helping organizations help their people and in the process, we strive to elevate ours.
