About the Role This position collaborates cross functionally with multiple teams and uses analytics to create positive change in all areas for our customers and our triple bottom line.

The role will be reporting into our Supply Chain Manager and will support the Operations team in administrative projects and tasks, short term production planning schedules, and continuous improvement projects.

We will provide you with hands-on training to be able to backfill for members of the Ops team across a number of roles and responsibilities.

To be successful, prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in a production environment, would be a big plus.

But more importantly you should be efficient, organized, detail oriented, manage your time well, be able to multi-task calmly and strive to meet deadlines.

If you have a strong customer service orientation, a can-do attitude that gets things done, and the success of the team is what you strive for, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the Operations Team Order office and kitchen supplies, maintain office equipment, and coordinate office maintenance Maintain and run daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Ops team Assist with importing bills of lading, invoicing and other documents Back fill for several positions as required, (Customs, Receiving, Planning, etc.) Preparing analytics, reports and various documentation Participating in continuous improvement projects and Lean optimizations Other duties as required The successful candidate must demonstrate : Completion of high school diploma (or equivalent) or higher College/University classes in Supply Chain, Operations or similar disciplines would be an asset Experience with LEAN Manufacturing would be an asset Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills and abilities Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on spreadsheets and worksheets in a busy environment Proficient with Microsoft suite, in particular, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to be assertive and respectful Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritizing abilities
