We are known for delivering innovative solutions that maximize the productivity and profitability of Canadian businesses.Based at our Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures branch and reporting to the Financial Controller, the Administrative Assistant – Sales & Finance Support, will receive all the new sales contracts and will execute all tasks arising from them.

He will take care of the equipment descriptions, the allocation of coupons and the creation of additional orders.

The assistant will also be responsible for monitoring transaction receipts and will manage the registrations for the entire fleet of vehicles and equipment.Department: FinancesMain Responsibilities Open sales orders in our ERP system; Add additionalorders linked to a sale (applicable rentals, discounts, trade-ins); Manage the allocation of the 100-hour coupons; Send the invoices to the finance department; Carry out the billing for the attachments delivered and the financing invoices; Handle direct deposits to the customer accounts as well as credit card charges; Manage Registrations: registration of new equipment, preparation of ATACs and credit requests; Analyze our dealer transactions; Track sales, including the completion of transactions following the invoicing; Submit customer refund requests to the accounts payable department; Validate and maintain a strict monitoring of the unpaid invoices report; Carry out, if necessary, the cancellation of orders.

All other related tasks.

Experience & Desired Skills DEP in administration, secretarial studies or equivalent; At least 3 years of experience in similar administrative functions; Fluency in English and French, both oral and written; Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel; Knowledge of an ERP computerized management system is an asset; Good learning ability and ease with technology; Irreproachablework structure and strictness in monitoring follow-ups with various stakeholders; Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; Discretion andconfidentiality.
