This is a Full-time position in Boisbriand, QC posted April 2, 2021.

The Manager, Franchise Operations and Support is responsible for the support, performance management and communication with with their assigned franchise partners.

More specifically, they will provide advice, counsel, coaching, and assistance to the franchise owners and their teams to impact and improve the sales, profits, unit growth and operating standards of the business.

Tasks and Responsabilities Build an engaging, trusting and mutually beneficial relationship between the franchisees and the franchisor.Act as liaison between franchisee and franchisor and communicate any relevant information to Director, Franchise Operations.Partner with franchisees to diagnose barriers which affect performance and assist with developing business plans to maximize improvement related to Operations, Marketing, Training, Customer Experience, etc.Propose and support the implementation of approved Bath Fitter initiatives and standards (i.E.: Medallia, BFInsight, etc.) Establish annual goals, objectives, action plans and follow ups with assigned franchisees.

Perform financial analysis (Pandamp; L) and planning with assigned franchisees.Commit to standards and best practices as indicated in Franchise Operations Manual.Visit stores to complete various checklists to assess operating, brand, Customer Experience standards etc.Perform weekly conference and one-on-one calls with assigned franchisees.

Attend and participate in various events such as: annual meetings and/or regional conferences as required.Support franchisees with trainings and development opportunities as needed.Support local store marketing plans and initiatives and ensure their compliance with Bath Fitter Marketing standards.Participate and support new store openings as required.

Work closely with other internal departments (Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Plant, Legal etc.) to support franchisees.Ensure the customer experience is efficient, accurate, and timely.

Coordinate the Home Depot program as it relates to Franchises.Facilitate and promote business opportunities for the franchised network.Support the coordination of special projects.Always act as a Brand Ambassador.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.Minimum of 5 years of franchise operations experience.Experience in the retail industry; in customer goods is anasset.Possesses sensitivity and savviness to key stakeholder relationships; excellent people skills.

Track record for motivating and influencing important stakeholders.

Experience in project management, leadership, budgets, profit and loss and customer service.Ability and willingness to travel (25%) including overnight.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated Skills Excellent customer service, skills and great sense to details.Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a changing environmentAbility to remain results oriented when faced with multiple, complex projects and initiatives.Excellent team player with ability to build strong relationships; excellent ability to inspire, motivate and develop skills within people.Strong sense of initiative and problem solving.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and French.Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and influencing skills.Ability to review financials and key metrics and determine corrective course of action.
