Work from home – Customer service and sales representatives – (Bilingual)

We are looking for customer service enthusiasts to answer questions, promote various products and services, and increase the loyalty of Canada’s largest telecommunications company’s business clientele.


Interested? Here’s what you’ll do :

  • Respond to calls from customers who inquire for support in the use of their products and services;
  • Create a business relationship and strengthen customer loyalty to the company;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.

What you’ll need to join the team :

  • Bilingualism (oral and written);
  • Be friendly, empathetic and dynamic: you must be a good listener and be able to build a relationship of trust with a client;
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
  • Strong interest in technologies;
  • Be available to work in the following time slots: 
    • Monday to Friday: between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm;
    • Saturday: between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm;
    • Sunday: between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
  • Experience in sales or customer service (an asset) ;
  • Please note this position requires to work at home most of the time (training could be done at your home office or in our customer service center). Our recruitment team will discuss this with you as part of the process).
