Job ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining world-class user experiences that lead our customers to their success.Designing simple and engaging solutions to complex capabilities across browsers and devicesWorking with world-leading software developers around the globe to ensure we’re not just meeting customers’ needs but leading the market in quality and capability.Contributing to your scrum team’s success in driving to completion the selected epics, ensuring they are delivered as per committed schedule and with required quality.Taking responsibility for solving challenging design problems to deliver world-leading cloud and web oriented business communications solutions.Qualificationso10+ years leading the design of advanced user experiences A bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in HCI, Graphical Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, User Experience Design, or Computer Science.Able to think holistically and translate customer requests into mock-ups, demos and prototypes Eager to work with customers to define needed functionality and are accepting of feedback to generate the best possible outcomes.Able to plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.Able to promote design approaches and research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentationsExtensive knowledge of MVC models such as Angular, Bootstrap and Foundation.Experience working in agile software development methodologies.Excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with a diverse set of UX design and research tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision, Uxpressia, etc.Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
