Championing and enhancing the customer experience through 360-brand alignment You will have an impact by delivering ecommerce growth and enhancing the customer journey through data driven decision-making and digital transformation.As a key visionary of our Penningtons brand, the Vice President Marketing, Ecommerce & Visual Presentation will provide leadership and guidance to all marketing conversations, ensuring all initiatives help drive and further awareness while simultaneously bolstering customer retention and acquisition goals.

Part of the executive leadership team, you will have the opportunity to actively participate and drive cross-functional brand and commercialization planning to ensure excellence of execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Drive 360 brand marketing, brand belief, mission and essence through strategic planning and marketing execution.

Guide and inspire business decisions relative to long-term business growth.

Leverages our strengths and aligns our internal capabilities, allowing us to respond quickly to rapidly changing customer expectations and evolving market needs.Create and Implement innovative strategies to expand our brand reach and foster a creative environment.

Craft the marketing roadmap in collaboration with merchandising, planning and sales & operations teams to create a fully Omni-channel approach to the consumer experience, supported by analytics to drive key decision making.Define and shape our ecommerce growth through digital channel planning and on-site optimizations increasing our abilities to proactively capture the needs of our customer and anticipate shifts in a timely manner.

Develop and leverage customer insights and intelligence to predict where the customer is headed and allow us to better communicate with her.

Continuously fine-tune the strategic orientation for digital and data ecosystems.Deliver best in class customer experience through translating a strategic brand vision across a multi-disciplinary marketing team spanning visual presentation, public relations, online and event marketing.

Ensuring the pristine execution of all content and media as per the established marketing calendarsInspirationally guide and develop a creative and talented marketing team towards business growth, where customer perspectives and loyalty are top priorities.

Create and maintain a strong executive team presence and work collaboratively with other teams.

Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional and divisional partners to a common vision and to inspire high standards of brand execution.

Leveraging your business and financial acumen and the ability to link marketing strategy and results directly to overall business strategy and Penningtons financial goals.

QualificationsKey RequirementsWe are looking to bring onboard a leader with the passion and knowledge that will guide us to where we are going and growing.Bachelor’s degree, commerce, marketing or related An MBA is an asset; Fifteen (15) ormore years’ experience in consumer brand marketing, with Seven (7) + years of professional advancement within reputable customer centric organizations in executive leadership roles; Passion for building brands, creating lasting customer relationships, and mentoring teams; A strong omni-channel marketing background with the ability to recognize great storytelling and deliver cross-channel experiences; Ability to balance data and creative to deliver on customer needs and brand expectations; Excellent knowledge of corporate data environments and client relationship management tools that support the client centric approach; Excellent Bilingual oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and translate a wide range of concepts across specialized disciplines that power the organization, including the senior leadership team as well as all external key stakeholders.Additional InformationWe thank all applicants.
