Electrical Engineering student opportunity.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Thunder Bay Operations team starting in May and ending in August for a student placement term.

Your primary Responsibilities will include the following: You will work in the Maintenance Department assisting engineers and maintenance staff with analysis and project work.

Requirements: Candidates must be an Electrical Engineering student who is currently enrolled in a Canadian university program and able to start their paid placement in May and work until August in Thunder Bay, ON.

Candidates must have completed at least two years’ of an electrical engineering degree.

Selected students will work Monday to Friday forty (40) hours per week at an hourly rate of $22.55.

Your skills and assets: Strong interpersonal skills required including an ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced and structured environment, Strong communication skills, Demonstrated ability to balance priorities along with strong organizational methods, Proficient analytical skills required as well as a strong background in MS Office, The ideal candidate will possess the drive and passion to continuously improve upon the health and safety, efficiency, production and cost targets for the department.
