This is a Full-time position in Jolibourg, QC posted March 29, 2021.

Execute high quality, cost effective outcomes to disability management by actively problem solving and facilitating employee recovery through Return To Work planning, processes and overseeing modified work programs; Ensures that suitable treatment is being provided; Support Human resources team in proactive management of complex medical issues of ill / injured as appropriate; Act as a liaison between Human Resources, management teams, Physicians and other health care professionals; Facilitateengagement of employees to actively participate in their own recovery; Manage disability costs to ensure consistent high quality service delivery, including improved outcomes, identifying problems and issues, recommending corrective actions and monitoring solutions; Monitor claims activity for objectionable findings, consulting with Human Resources and assisting in the preparation of files for appeal with worker’s compensation.Develop and maintain procedures related to the health and medical surveillance programs; Manage, coordinate and schedule health testing with specialist to include but not limited to obtaining and reviewing confidential health history, vision verification and coordinate medical surveillance testing;
· Implement and maintain data collection and analysis including but not limited to management reports (absenteeism reports and progress reports); Establish and maintain confidential employee health records; Develop and maintain a database of health, medical, injury, fitness to work and surveillance program requirements; Interface with medical experts and employees ; Develops and monitors the modified work, and return to work plan and makes changes and adaptations as required; Other task as required by Human resources team.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent and member in good standing with the order of nurses of Quebec; Minimum offive (5) years of disability management experience in a GMP regulated environment; Familiar with health and safety, worker’s compensation laws of Quebec and GMP regulations; Sound judgment with superior critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills; Capabilityto manage several priorities effectively; Ability towork in an unionized environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and solid report writing ability; Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong time management, prioritization and planning skills; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Spoken andwritten French and English.
