That is good news For its new site in Oakbank (Manitoba), Berger is looking for a Human Resources assistant to contribute to its growth and support new projects Without a doubt, there are some great challenges for you ahead in a company that focuses on the well-being of its employees OVERVIEW OF THE WORK: As a Human resources assistant you are involved in the entire hiring process.

You take part in selecting and reviewing the applications received, performing interviews and onboarding of employees as well as the daily routines of various HR processes.

You will participate and assist to organize recruitment events such as job fairs to find the best talent.

You will advise and support managers in their various issues (disciplinary management, management of absence and working conditions) while providing administrative support for various files.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: You have a college education in administration, human resources or another related field.

You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

You have a strong interest in recruitment.

You are a committed person and have the well-being of people at heart.

You are rigorous, discreet and you know how to manage your priorities.

You have experience in Office 365, Powerpoint, etc.

You have knowledge of written and spoken French (an asset).
