We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.The Opportunity:We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Paid Search Strategist to build, optimize and manage paid search campaigns for Small Business and Enterprise level clients.

To be successful in this role you will need to effectively leverage SEM, PPC best practices to drive relevant traffic, generate new leads and maximize ROI.What you’ll do:Optimize paid campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, competitor analysis, keyword research, creative optimizations and trend insights to achieve client KPI targetsCommunicate regularly with Media Strategists ensuring their client’s goals are being metAssist Postmedia Media Sales Consultants in presales strategic supportBuild, run and optimize media campaigns for a variety of different industriesResearch clients’ websites to understand online goals and objectives.

Develop keywords and phrases relevant to their business modelYou will develop ad copy / messaging for clients’ media campaigns adhering to the search engine specifications and guidelinesAbility to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.

You will attend regular status calls participating as appropriateKnowledge and in-depth experience with retargeting and remarketingMonitor client marketing initiatives on a weekly basis to ensure that the activities undertaken match the budget of the project and will help the client achieve their goalsProactively make strategic campaign recommendations to clientsExpertise in data analysis and data interpretationWho you are:2+ years working in a paid search marketing agency or in an in-house paid search marketing positionEntrepreneurial self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and desire to stay ahead of industry trends.In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing)Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.Experience working with Bing AdsExperience working with Google AnalyticsExcellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetingsExcited to explore new tactics and looking for ways to improve processesExperience implementing conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
