Title: Embedded Engineer(s)Contract Length: 6 months+Location: KanataScopeOur Client is looking for a couple of consultants to work on a couple of their key projects.
Responsibilities:You will support the development of an SDK for a new product.
This involves working with application team, base drivers’ team and IT team.You will be developing and implementing software code, designing & architecting how the systems will successfully work together as well as testing.
Skills and ExperiencesSkills Required:Senior Embedded SW Engineer – (developing standalone plug ins for SDKs)Embedded Software development Linux application development (user space) Linux driver development (kernel space) Yang modelling (ST chips ARM A53)Microcontroller development FreeRTOS experience (or similar) Ability to design and implement software based on high level requirements.
Git SCM experience Basic hardware knowledge and ability to read schematics an asset.
