Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to be part of the HR transformation that will position Labelium for the future.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates for assigned client groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages the overall recruitment process: screen, interview, selection and offerProvides effective communication, status updates and follow up on the recruitment processExamines and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingSources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineArranges pre-employment testing, background & references screeningsProvides guidance and support to team managers in job description preparation, interviewing, hiring and candidate evaluationBuilds partnerships with different educational organizations in order to develop talent in the digital performance field, while reinforcing and promoting the company’s culture and valuesProvide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Builds Relationships Ability to establish rapport, credibility and trust quickly.Collaboration Ability to work well with others and gain an understanding of their needs Works to build consensus and drive thoughtful solutions to achieve shared goals/objectives.Business Acumen Willingness and ability to understand the business and drivers for success.Communication Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
