Our expectations : The Online Acquisition Specialist executes strategies & tactics to raise rates of traffic acquisition & retention.

The candidate develops and manages a profitable customer acquisition strategy, optimizing existing channels and finding new acquisition sources.

You execute daily marketing operations and maintain oversight across a variety of channels including SEM, Display, Affiliates, Comparison Shopping Engines and other online marketing channels.

You meet with Category Management teams and core merchants to review business goals and develop custom online advertising plans to meet their specific needs.

Position is currently remote but the office is located at 1170 Martin Grove Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4X1, Canada Your role : Build, grow and optimize paid media marketing programs through SEM and Display Partner with our agency to manage PPC programs in order to acquire new customers, increase retention and drive sales both online and in-store Identify opportunities and risks through reporting and analyzing data, implementing solutions, measuring actions and tracking results Prepare and submit project budgets for all online advertising activities.

Following approval, manage budgets throughout the fiscal year Maintain and update the online advertising calendar Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creative, messaging and layout Build briefs and source assets for ad creative required to support acquisition programs Manage relationships with digital agencies, external vendors as well as internal partners Some management of our affiliate programs required Exigences du poste The qualifications we are looking for : Minimum of 2 years’ experience with paid advertising
