This is a Contract position in Brampton, ON posted November 6, 2020.

Digital Campaign Specialist (Demand Generation)

Reporting to the Demand Generation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing B2B marketing campaigns in Marketo. You’ll collaborate with various marketing team members to acquire assets and media content to build, execute and optimize campaigns in order to analyze and influence purchase plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain the overall organization of Marketo
    • reviewing new lead data points
    • managing data completeness and accuracy 
    • ensuring leads are synced between Marketo and SalesForce
  • Build and maintain Marketo programs to meet the needs of marketing and sales
    initiatives
  • Coordinate email program deployments (including gathering, testing and deploying
    assets) from Marketo
  • Assess the effectiveness of reporting across MAP, CRM, and 3rd -party providers to
    align performance data from external paid acquisition channels 
  • Build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports from various platforms in
    technology stack, communicating performance to key stakeholders in the organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of related work experience 
  • Experience with Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Userfox, Marketo (preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills to understand and populate data points in order to drive business decisions
  • Excellent project and process management skills 
  • Ability to manage time and balance multiple campaigns and requests for reports
