Product MarketerJob Summary: The Product Marketer is a passionate lifestyle expert who will contribute to building an inspirational brand and optimizing our market presence.

The Product Marketer will work on culturally relevant campaigns, specifically in the development of marketing plans for product positioning, in order to increase demand for the brand and each of its lifestyle collections.This individual will leverage their extensive knowledge of customers, trends, events and influencers, as well as develop and share product and collection specific messaging and strategic insights with internal stakeholders.

Together, they will build a GTM strategy that increases demand for their designated lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:Leverage brand and customer analytics to understand consumer buying behaviour (who, what, when, why, how) across the funnel; Build on product messaging and differentiate new products in the market; Communicate thevision and messaging of new products to facilitate sales process; Maintain a constant pulse on pop culture (music, arts, influencers) as well as lifestyle moments (events, elections, pandemic, recession) in order to be on top of potential influences on future consumer behaviour; Contribute to our brand positioning and storytelling; Lead competitive research within the lifestyle market: brand positioning, product, and pricing; Contribute lifestyle trend projections in the collection and presenting ideas to the Executive team; Provide productmessaging, packaging and labeling to brand marketing team; Provide ongoingproduct strategy to the brand marketing team throughout product lifecycle (new campaigns); Speak and present about products to internal stakeholders; Provide feedback and guidance on the execution of the GTM strategy to the brand marketing team.

To qualify for this role, you must have…A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – in Marketing or related field; A minimum of 5 years in an advertising agency or retail marketing environment, including at least 3 years of proven experience in developing marketing campaigns; ;Proven experience in the retail fashion industry is an asset; Exceptional oral and written communication (French and English).To be a great fit, you must…Be able to make tough decisions; Thrive in the face of change with a strong sense of urgency; Be able to use and analyze data to drive strategic decisions; Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration; Have exceptional communication skills; On our side…We are a global fashion retailer with the Garage and Dynamite brands at the heart of our success.
