Identify gap and recommend mitigation measuresº Facilitate or execute risk assessments for significant initiatives and vendors, and high-risk information assets and systemsº Produce input and analytics for centralized risk reporting and management decision making on a regular/ad-hoc basis.Qualificationsº University degree in an appropriate field (B.

Com, MBA, MSC)º Up to 8 years of experience in one of the following field : Internal Audit, Risk Analysis, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Technology Risk Managementº CIA, CRISC, CISA an assetº In-depth knowledge of Banking or insurance processes, Risks analysis and management concepts, practices and methodsº Strong analytical skills, including risk analysis, data analysis, and comparative analysisº Practical knowledge of key concepts: probability, impact, inherent risk, security control, residual risk, compensating controlº Ability to work in ambiguity, must be flexible to deal with changes in a fast paced and new environment, working closely with peers where subject matter expertise is requiredº Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills and demonstrated ability to present at all organizational levelsº Results oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines
