Thanks to our work, our customers can focus on doing what they love: running their businesses. IT Support for Server and StorageIn this position, you will serve a wide variety of business customers, from diverse industries, with a full range of software, hardware and project support.Like our customer, NetAdmins is a flexible organization where you can be close to the action.Working in a flexible organization also means dynamic culture. Your primary focus will be to maintain and support Server and Storage Infrastructure and provide technical support with the potential requirement to visit client sites across the Maritimes. Might have a working knowledge of SAN and Storage Infrastructure with 2-3 years’ experience.This role offers salary commensurate with experience, group benefits, etc.  QualificationsThe absolute most essential quality of a NetAdmins IT support technician is empathy.Regardless of how tech savvy our customers may or may not be, we treat each person with dignity and respect. We aim to exceed their expectations for IT service and support, and for them to leave every interaction feeling good.We’re looking for someone with aptitude for technology and relentless desire to help others. A person who has initiative and is motivated to serve our clients at the highest level.Specifically, we’ll be asking you whether you’ve had these experiences:* You have specialized knowledge of IT and a college or university diploma/degree in an IT discipline* You have experience working in a systems administrator or technical support role* You have experience working in a customer service or other people-centric role* You have a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers record and are able to travel around the Maritimes to visit customers * There is some physicality to this role; you must be able to bend, crawl, reach, and lift up to 20 kg. How to ApplyOur online application will give you the option to apply to this role– not just a resume.
