This is a Contract position in Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area, AB posted September 11, 2021.

Job Title: Account Executive Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Reports To: Account Manager Location: 10 Alcorn Avenue, Toronto ON (Virtual for now) What we do at T1: We create experiences that engage people in exciting new ways.

At T1, a great Account Executive should: Have a passion for their client’s business.

They are a dedicated individual who has superb delivery, organization, process, planning, people, precision and multitasking skills.

They thrive in a team environment of like-minded people who are dedicated to a portfolio of clients and managed by an Account Director.

With 1-2 years of integrated agency experience, they thrive on getting things done, driving results and exceeding expectations.

They cite “flawless execution“ as a personal motto and never send a document without spell checking it first.

They enjoy managing teams of Brand Ambassadors, being on-site and welcome the opportunity to travel across Canada.

And while they are obviously amazing, they don’t take themselves too seriously.

What we’re looking for: An undergraduate degree, diploma and/or post-graduate certificate in marketing, event management or a related field.

Experience with experiential campaigns and/or live and digital sponsorship activation.

1-2 years of related agency experience (a must).

Experience managing Brand Ambassadors and Product Specialists Project Management: Contribute to the development of project plans for integrated marketing campaigns.

Develop status reports, contact reports and workback schedules for small programs and competently manage time and deliverables against them.

They are familiar with how agencies work and ultimately learn to love and defend the use of the T1 processes and tools.

Financial Management: Develop small budgets by estimating internal time and working with vendors to obtain fair quotes.

They are comfortable managing budgets to actuals.

Relationship Management: Curious and passionate about their client’s business, they seek to understand their business drivers and business challenges.

They develop respectful relationships with all program partners including agency partners, vendors, talent and agents.

Production Management: They are comfortable with the logistics of a small experiential marketing and digital marketing programs.

Results Management: They remain continuously focused on program results, developing ongoing reports and ensuring that client objectives are met and ideally exceeded.

Staff Management: Train and manage teams of Brand Ambassadors/Product Specialists, ensuring consistent and flawless key messaging while maintaining team morale Thoughtful in approach by thinking through the “why” before the “what”.

Successful in a high-performance culture and comfortable pushing and being pushed to outperform expectations.

Able to embrace change and not fear the unknown but rather conquer it by understanding it.

Relentlessly focused on results for the good of clients, partners and peers.
