Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator – CanadaPosition summary:The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) will work directly with the field selling organization as an extension of the selling team.

The SSC will be responsible for key internal-facing activities to help improve sales force effectiveness and maximize the selling team’s performance.

In this position, the SSC will also engage in customer-facing activities, which focus on expanding customer reach, driving sales engagement, creating leads, and enhancing customer experience.Reports to:Customer Success Area Manager CanadaEducational requirements:HS/GED is requiredA College Degree is preferredSkills and Experience:Preferred Bilingual French and EnglishProven experience in Sales or administrative positions supporting the Sales teamAbility to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external customersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to create a positive customer experience; optimistic can-do perspectiveDemonstrate the capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks/prioritiesExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAble to work in a team-based environmentExcellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are requiredKnowledge of or willingness to learn:JD EdwardsSalesForce (SFDC) CRM systemVarious Syndicated Lead Platforms Essential Duties:For the Account Executives (AE) and Regional Sales Directors (RSD) in Central Canada region on a designated team(s), serve as the primary contact for key sales support activities, including:Manage and provide CRM (SFDC) quoting and pricing in the marketplaceAssist in sales opportunity management, working with Customer Excellence to accurately and efficiently identify customer orders and the opportunity and quote within CRMCoordinate complex customer fulfillment projectsSupport Sales Team with internal processes and forms (DTBS, Custom, S& H, Advance, etc.)Supply any presentation or product information that may be neededFill the teams’ lead pipeline through inside sales activities as directed by Team and Sales ManagementParticipate and support company initiativesMaintain housekeeping; comply with safety rules and environmental regulationsBe aware of the departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)Will be back up sales support for East and West Canada regions when neededPerform Other duties as assigned by management Physical Demands:Use of office equipment, communication tools, including computers, telephone systems, and related tools.Occasional moderate lifting of administrative materials.Work Environment:Monday to Friday, 8:30 5:00, with possible scheduling of shifts to 6:00 pm on a rotating basis.Flexible working hours may be considered.Occasional travel.This position is located in our Belleville, Ontario Canadian HQ, with periodic work in our Toronto, Ontario Canadian Showroom.

Option for location in Toronto will be considered.
