BRP: General Maintenance Supervisor


This is a Full-time position in Valcourt, QC posted March 24, 2021.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS Manage a team of maintenance supervisors responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment related to buildings and operations; Ensure the ”coaching” and the development of his team in connection with good practices and the sound management of a fleet of equipment; Provide supportto supervisors and other users of the CMMS, with adequate training in the use of the software (IT Guide); Animation of weekly meetings in OHS, personnel management, improvements; Work in partnership with Industrial Engineering teams and others; Establish a long-term vision by adapting maintenance services to the reality of a constantly evolving business; Monitor performance indicators and update the Dashboard; Ensure the development of his team, professional members and employees; Make forecasts and meet established budget objectives.Ensure the execution of planned work by working closely with the planning team; Ensure compliance with standards and obligations in terms of health and safety at work YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS D.E.C in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent; Minimum 5 yearsof relevant experience in maintenance; Excellent communicator, team player and good influencing skillsAbility to delegate and develop his team; Good interpersonal skills and good ability to work in a partnership mode (human resources / Labor relations committee / Management); Ability to influence and mobilize; Knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and IT Guide software; Have good knowledge of the operation of maintenance in the factory as well as in buildings; Leadership and ability to influence; Bilingualism both orally and in writing would be an asset AN EXCEPTIONAL AREA!
