We aregrowingvery quicklyanda key player in logistics technology and delivery platforms.Business and Technical Skills to Provide consulting support within the functional area while actively seeking ways to apply Ops and system technology to business processes.

This includes research and identification of enabling functionality based on customer requirements.

Incumbents in this position are challenged to develop and maintain credibility and effective working relations with leadership, business users, process owners and fellow team members in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems.

Consistently achieving consensus is a key attribute of the successful incumbent.The specific tasks would involve:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts; Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience; Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations and requirements while managing expectations with respect to go live dates and other key timelines; Demonstrate leadership, flexibility and the ability to lead Power Users and effectively interface with various Sales and Distribution Managers; Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and measured manner; Actively work with client for escalations, follow up, and overall project management; Document and track project progress, deliverables.

Also provide updates and guidelines to clients and team members; Handle multipleprojects in parallel; Link with Continuous improvement team to improve processes and SOP’s; Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.Requirements:Provide consulting support within the functional area of while actively seeking ways to apply system technology to business processes.
