The Opportunity:ML6 Search Talent Advisory is growing.

We’re looking to add an Associate, Business Development to our practice.

You’ll be given the autonomy develop new business and build ML6’s portfolio of clients.We are looking for a confident self-starter with a drive for success and a passion for sales and business development.

This role will be heavily focused on identifying and generating new business growth through cold calling, networking, and brand awareness.You will be working closely with clients to meet both their permanent and contract staffing needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:Business Development: engaging with prospective clients, and conveying ML6’s value proposition and key differentiators.Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.Execute against territory and client plans to capitalize on market/industry and client opportunity.Enhance Best Practices: continuous review and updating of business development tactics and tools, sharing with and training ML6 team members on new tactics and tools, as neededData-tracking: ensuring all business development KPIs and metrics are tracked and analyzed in order to identify opportunities for improvement and measure ROIDatabase Management: ensuring all information is entered in to ML6’s ATS, and kept up-to-dateWhat You’ll Require to Be Successful:Post-Secondary education with a passion for and understanding of business development and recruitment.Incredible people and networking skills, with the ability to ask the tough questions, challenge the answers you are given, and skillfully deal with objections.The ability and confidence to identify and pursue meaningful prospects.5 years combined experience in business development, relationship management and/or recruitment.Ideally, you’ll have significant experience developing business in the recruitment/professional services industry.
