Job SummaryThe Lead Qualification & Prospection Manager will be overseeing a newly created team of highly motivated Inside Sales Associates accountable for the generation of incremental business through prospection and the qualification of marketing generated leads (70%) and managing our CRM platform (30%).

Responsibilities: Team Management and Campaign Efficiency Analysis 70%Lead, motivate and provide ongoing coaching to a team of Inside Sales AssociatesPrioritize tasks and projects based on business priorities and objectivesAct as the liaison with the outside Sales team to continuously improve qualification process and maximize successDevelop new training material, revise guidelines and implement best practices for the department in order to boost resultsAnalyse key sales metrics to provide recommendations and implement appropriate action plansCraft effective sales pitches for the team providing engaging and articulate information about Walter’s value propositionWork with other team members to design lead generation and qualification campaignsTrack key performance indicatorsand monitor data entry quality daily CRM Management (Salesforce) 30%Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards creation and other routine tasksPerform some basic development projects to optimize business processesInteract with internal and external stakeholders for various activities such as training, support andEnsure data quality and maintenanceRequired SkillsResourceful leader, leading by example, setting a solid work ethic within your groupAbility to connect and interact with potential customers and internal stakeholdersGo-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a competitive drive; Strong urge to learn the industry is desirable; prior experience calling into industrialRequired AptitudesSelf-motivated and self-directedProblem solverPersuasive and goal-orientedProven track record of superior performance metricsPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor that inspires respect Experience & Education: Education: College degree combined to relevant working experience.

Pertinent experience:Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experiencePrevious experience in management as well as knowledge and experience in the B2B sector are preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Salesforce Language requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English); French functional.
