Warehouse Supervisor Location: Delta, BC Tenure: Fulltime, permanent Hours: Mon-Fri (7AM-3:30PM) Compensation: $65K-$70Kp/a PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: You’ll play the key role as a Warehouse Supervisor in our brand-new location in Delta B.C.

Our team needs someone with excellent communication skills that can clearly distribute information and expectations from upper management as well as enforce company-wide standards of performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: As the leader for our new warehouse (You need to be organized and self motivated) Key holder who needs to open and close warehouse in the absence of the warehouse manager Act as a Health & Safety leader Warehouse organization to create and maintain a fast-paced streamlined workflow for picking a large variety of customer products, ranging from 1-60 lbs.

Inventory accuracy and management of cycle counts Lead all activities required to support timely and quality order fulfillment Manage a small team of pick/pack/ship/receivers Pick, pack and ship orders efficiently and accurately to guarantee same day shipping of all orders received by noon Manage orders and inventory using Android scanners Process orders via our shipping and inventory management software Unload, receive and efficiently store customer inventory so that it is effective for daily order fulfillment Other activities (You need strong computer skills and attention to detail) Investigate and resolve shipping and inventory discrepancies Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse related tasks in 3PLCentral (orders and management software) and Techship (multi-carrier shipping software) Troubleshoot computer, printer and internet issues Coordinate with our software providers to troubleshoot system errors Analyze, develop and initiate process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years of successfully supervising a warehouse team in British Columbia Experience in e-commerce and/or distribution Great understanding of BC employment and health and safety rules and regulations Experience with training and motivating staff in a fast face work environment Experience as a health and safety leader Raymond Reach experience and CSA Standard B335-94, Industrial Lift Truck Operator Training.

Solid experience processing shipping labels for Canada Post, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, Canpar Sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor Excellent computer skills – Use software to do video training calls, keep records, edit, and manage inventory flow using scanners (Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google docs and Google Sheets) Experience implementing and troubleshooting Android Scanners, Warehouse Management Systems, and other warehousing technology 3Plcentral experience (an asset) Experience working with a ticketing system such as Zendesk (an asset) Cross-dock experience (an asset)
